One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one zetbin account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses forfeited. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your registered credentials.

Section 01
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and zetbin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zetbin.org and all associated services, products, and features offered through that domain.
By accessing the zetbin website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the zetbin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the zetbin platform and must not attempt to create an account or place any wager.
Section 02
2.1 Minimum Age. The zetbin platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and to use any betting or gaming service offered by zetbin. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. zetbin reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of zetbin complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. zetbin does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Access to the platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk and zetbin accepts no liability in such circumstances.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering an account you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. 2.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the zetbin platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where zetbin identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed, pending balances forfeited, and bonuses cancelled without notice. Any winnings generated through duplicate account activity may also be voided.
2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your zetbin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.

3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. zetbin recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify zetbin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, any unauthorised access to your credentials, or any other security breach relating to your account. Until zetbin receives such notification, you remain fully responsible for any activity conducted through your account.
3.3 Platform Security. zetbin uses 256-bit SSL/ TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure. You acknowledge that zetbin cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to the platform and that you provide information at your own risk.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. zetbin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zetbin reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by zetbin, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. You should consult your mobile financial service provider for applicable limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your zetbin account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. zetbin accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or maintenance windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional account verification is required. zetbin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before authorising any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. zetbin may require proof that the withdrawal destination account belongs to the registered account holder before processing any payment.
4.6 Fees. zetbin does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees, for which zetbin bears no responsibility. Any applicable fees imposed by a payment provider will be borne by the user.
4.7 Bonus Funds. Bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the zetbin platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. By confirming a bet, you agree to the stake, odds, and terms displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be amended or cancelled except where zetbin specifically permits in-play bet adjustment for a particular market.
5.2 Odds and Market Availability. zetbin reserves the right to suspend, alter, or remove any betting market at any time without prior notice, including where an event has been cancelled, postponed, or where zetbin determines that integrity concerns exist. Suspended markets will not accept new bets.
5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. If zetbin offers odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors, duplicate market listings, or technical malfunctions — zetbin reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous terms, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
5.4 Maximum Payouts. zetbin applies maximum payout limits per event and per account. These limits are displayed within the relevant market. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be accepted at a reduced stake or refused at zetbin's discretion.
5.5 Cricket and Live Betting. For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — ball-by-ball and in-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Bets will be voided if an event is abandoned or if an official result cannot be determined within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules.
5.6 Casino and Slots. All casino games and slots on the zetbin platform use certified random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider. zetbin does not modify game outcomes. Results are final once the relevant game round concludes.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives offered by zetbin are subject to specific terms including minimum odds requirements, wagering multipliers, game contribution weightings, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any unconverted bonus balance will expire.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible account, household, device, IP address, payment method, and physical address, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. zetbin reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility where evidence of abuse is detected.
6.4 Seasonal Promotions. zetbin offers seasonal promotions tied to local events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and IPL. Eligibility criteria and bonus terms for seasonal promotions are published at the time of each campaign and may differ from standard ongoing promotional terms.
6.5 Cancellation of Bonuses. zetbin reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering has been completed, only the real-money balance at the time of cancellation will remain available to the user; any unearned bonus balance will be removed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zetbin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of bonuses, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

10.2 Gambling Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. zetbin accepts no liability for losses incurred through betting or gaming activity conducted on the platform. Users participate entirely at their own risk. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
10.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zetbin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

12.2 Account Closure by User. You may close your zetbin account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no withdrawal holds are in place.
12.3 Account Closure by zetbin. zetbin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other users. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach of these Terms, outstanding balances may be forfeited.
